These are designed to optimize hormones to improve quality of life, and prevent long-term chronic illnesses. Through cutting-edge testing and expert evaluation, we pinpoint hormonal imbalances and develop customized BHRT protocols for safe and effective hormone optimization. But that's just the beginning. Alongside BHRT, our comprehensive services extend to thyroid optimization, weight management, and targeted vitamin therapies.

LXRY Aesthetics & Wellness specializes in creating customized treatment plans centered around Biote Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)

It is our mission to provide premium quality care, on all levels. We value intimate relationships and education first and foremost.

All of our treatments are based on science-backed industry standards, and utilize the most up-to-date practice recommendations. We strive to create a safe space where all patients can come to feel heard, safe, and well cared for.

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is designed to restore the natural balance of estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone—key hormones that often decline or fluctuate as we age.

These shifts can lead to a wide range of symptoms that affect your energy, mood, metabolism, sleep, sexual health, and overall quality of life.

By supporting optimal hormone levels, HRT not only alleviates the disruptive effects of imbalance, but also plays a preventative role in protecting long-term health—helping to reduce the risk of chronic conditions commonly linked to hormonal decline.

At LXRY, we take a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to hormone therapy. We use bioidentical hormones, which are molecularly identical to those your body produces naturally. These therapies offer a more seamless integration into your system, supporting true physiological balance—not just symptom control.

Our goal is always whole-person wellness—rooted in science, tailored to you.

We’re all born with hormones—they’re essential to how our bodies function and grow. In fact, hormones are at their peak in our 20s, but as we age, they begin to slowly decline. And when that happens, our bodies start sending signals—though they’re often easy to dismiss.

Things like interrupted sleep, mood swings, or stubborn weight gain can feel like “just life,” but they’re often early signs that your hormones are out of balance. And as time goes on, other symptoms may show up: hot flashes, joint pain, low libido, fatigue, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, and even a loss of strength or motivation.

The truth is—this is all science. Hormonal decline is a natural part of aging, but that doesn’t mean you have to just live with it.

At LXRY, we believe in identifying these shifts early, taking the time to assess what’s really going on, and building a plan that helps you feel like yourself again—clearer, stronger, and more connected to the life you want to live.

Because this is about more than just replacing hormones.

It’s about restoring you.

Heather

As a first-hand witness to the underserved population of perimenopausal and menopausal patients, Heather, our founder, saw this as an opportunity to step in and make a difference in the community that she grew up in.

Heather is a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, who's number one priority is to get all of her patient's feeling like their most optimal health, no matter their age. With over 15 years of experience working with women, Heather has learned how to treat all patients throughout the lifespan, and the many changes that come with each phase of life.

Quickly realizing that women aren't the only ones affected by hormonal shifts, she dedicated extensive time and training strictly focusing on male hormone optimization, and how to create individualized plans that focus on improving the quality of life for men as well.

Hormone optimization is often best started early, before symptoms of menopause and andropause start to take place. Although in most cases hormones are essential, they are only part of the puzzle.

At LXRY, we believe in treating the whole person and all of the factors that contribute to health. If one wants to feel their best self, with a custom treatment plan, it often involves thorough analysis of hormones, thyroid function, vitamin levels, lifestyle factors, and a complete medical history. LXRY has the knowledge and expertise to treat every patient and their unique needs!

Frequently asked questions

Blood serum is the gold standard for measuring hormone levels. It is reliable and provides standardization in both safety and efficacy. At LXRY, we perform comprehensive laboratory testing before prescribing hormones. Because we specialize in wellness and finding the root cause of your symptoms, we value the opportunity to take an in-depth look at how your body is functioning as a whole. Treatment plans always involve optimizing your health in every way possible, and not solely focusing on hormones.

Do I need to test hormone levels before treatment?

Your journey with hormone therapy is uniquely yours, and the timeline for feeling better can look a little different for everyone. That’s why your LXRY provider will take the time to understand your experience and guide you with insight that’s tailored to your body and goals.

That said, many people begin noticing improvements within the first few weeks—especially with symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, and disrupted sleep. These often respond early to treatment and continue to improve over time.

When it comes to weight shifts, body composition, and muscle strength, changes tend to happen more gradually. It’s common to start seeing progress around the three-month mark—and studies show that by then, about 80% of patients report significant symptom relief.

Every body responds at its own pace. What matters most is that we’re tracking your progress closely and adjusting as needed to get you feeling your best—balanced, empowered, and back to yourself.

How soon will I see results with HRT?

At LXRY, your safety is always our top priority. The foundation of medicine is “do no harm,” and that’s a principle we take to heart in everything we do.

Before starting hormone replacement therapy (HRT), we take the time to carefully evaluate your overall health to ensure that treatment is both safe and appropriate for you. That’s why it’s so important to complete your intake form honestly and thoroughly—every detail helps us make the most informed decisions on your behalf.

Our providers rely on both clinical expertise and the latest research when determining whether HRT is the right fit. For most patients who are properly screened and monitored, the risk is very low—and the potential benefits are significant.

If you're a candidate, we’ll walk you through what to expect, including a personalized discussion of any potential risks and how we’ll minimize them. We’re here to make sure you feel confident, informed, and fully supported every step of the way.

Is HRT safe?

It is recommended for women to come in for their pellet insertion every 3-4 months, and men every 4-6 months.

How often are pellet insertions scheduled?

The procedure is minimally invasive, and takes place at our office. Local anesthesia is used to make you comfortable during the process. There is a small incision made in the upper buttocks area to place the pellets. Pellets are about the size of a grain of rice, and settle into the space with time making them undetectable.

How are pellets placed?

If you are feel like something’s off. Don't worry.
You’re not alone.

Let’s start with a conversation.
